My work focuses on gently uncovering the root causes behind emotional, energetic, and subconscious patterns and beliefs. Rather than only working with what is visible on the surface, we explore what your body, mind, and soul may still be holding onto.
I draw on regression therapy, intuitive guidance and energy work to meet you wherever you are and explore what is ready to be seen, understood and released. My role is to hold a safe, supportive space for you to reconnect with yourself and create meaningful change from within.
